OUR MENTAL HEALTH

 OUR MENTAL HEALTH

Our minds are our first asset. What care should we take for our most precious possession?

*************

1. TAKE REST IF YOU ARE SICK. Even working with our minds instead of resting while we are sick can damage our minds.

*************

2. EAT THE RIGHT BREAKFAST. Skipping breakfast often damages the brain. According to many types of research, a student who leaves home after breakfast in the morning has a much better ability to grasp and memorize things than those who do not eat breakfast.

*************

3. SLEEP ENOUGH (up to 6 hours a day 😎. According to research, if you reduce sleep by 90 minutes a night, your alertness can drop by up to 32% tomorrow. For a long time (for years continuously) and if we sleep less (not enough) it can cause us problems remembering and even thinking.

*************

4. Avoid eating SALT FOODS and CARBONATED BEVERAGES, which contain a lot of them often. This is because salt reduces blood pressure, which leads to blood flow to the brain and causes problems with memory, thinking, etc. in our brain.

*************

5. EXERCISE (At least 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week or more). Because exercise stimulates the release of proteins and hormones in our brain in addition to the health it provides to other parts of our body.

*************

6. REDUCE STRESS. There are many things that stress our minds because they increase the risk of developing mental illness after a long period of time.

*************

7. STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL. If they do, it is to drink less rather than more. This is because it damages neurotransmitters, reduces vitamin B1 in the body, and even reduces our brain weight.

*************

8. STOP SMOKING. This is because over time our brain shrinks and can even cause diseases like Alzheimer's and dementia.

The relationship between mental and physical illness

1. Mental illness is a physical illness exposed to many. Due to carelessness and lack of care, the problem of infectious and non-communicable diseases may be exposed to many events. For example, a person who is addicted to smoking his lungs may be damaged. In addition, they are going to eat poor quality food and exposure to internal diseases by contact can.

2. Psychological problems. If a person ever develops a mental illness attitudes in society are wrong holding the community the name ‘crazy’ which the word is insulting and contemptuous as they hate themselves and their pain gets worse. A person with a mental illness is like a physically ill person, in love nurtured in his social relations it should not be identified. It's still because his thinking ability is impaired attention should be paid to it.

3. Chronic physical illnesses were prone to mental illness. Just as mental problems are physical illnesses that expose us, physical illnesses to mental problems can expose us.

Mental illness can be cured. Like other illnesses, mental illness has a cure and can be cured. The sooner a person is diagnosed or treated as soon as they notice symptoms, the better the chances of a quick recovery. But if not treated early, the seizure can turn into a more serious mental illness. Therefore, a person who goes to the clinic and takes the necessary advice and medicine from a health professional will healthy. Even if he is not completely cured, he can take medication and lead his life in the right way. Not going to the treatment because my secrets are not being kept. When you are seen by a mental health professional, information about your illness is not passed on to anyone else without your permission. Perhaps if the health professional does not speak the language you speak, the interpreter will keep your information confidential.

Revealing patient confidentiality can hold a physician accountable. So you should not miss treatment for fear of losing my secret. Your privacy is protected. Alternatively, when anxiety worsens in the stress of the world, you can talk to a psychologist near you. In a conversation with a psychologist, you will only be talking to a psychologist, so it can build you up to feel at ease. In general, treatment is necessary for a person with a mental illness to recover. If the disease remains untreated, it can take a long time to recover and they need to get treatment early. Well, it's! Come and get treated and healed. There is no health without mental health!

KEEP YOUR MIND

When the Creator created man, He gave him a special reward. They only care about human rewards! He gave him full authority to rule the earth under the Creator. He gave him a thinking mind so that he could control it. What makes human nature unique is that it has a mind that guides it. He leads himself! He takes responsibility for all bodies like a dove spreading its nest to protect its young. It’s a great gift! The human mind can think, plan, analyze, make decisions, control, and predict. It is the mind that has beautified this silent and desolate world with technology. The human brain, not only has different properties than other animals, but also because it performs different functions. The Creator knew that the human mind needed strong protection and covered the bones like iron and gave it a seat above all the organs. He gave him the amazing ability and great responsibility to lead all the parties. That is why, if the foot goes to the place of denial, the hand commits the crime, the teeth lied and laughed, and if the tongue, chest, or heart errs, who pays for their guilt, who it is the mind that is responsible.

Mental decisions if other organs are sick, they wait. If they are injured, prepare a solution in their mind. The scar is the mind for the skin, it hurts (#Ahaa! I have a headache!). Why does one part of our body when disturbance and emotional distress get sick? Just hearing a loud noise without an earache why the mind you disease? Mostly we get sick when other bodies us they are sick. Because our minds hurt themselves to offer solutions. Energy prepares for everyone. Describe the energy of a bulb they can’t! If the body is tired, the commander is the mind. If the leg is broken, it will not walk, if it is hungry, it will eat, if it falls, it will get up to rest when you are tired, to rest if you are sick issues orders to the patient. It is not just a command, but a solution that presents and works to bring solutions. Your other organs will cause them to rest. Official but always it works. If he does today, he plans for tomorrow. He thinks when he sits down. When you sleep, it doesn't work stop the installation. If the brain stops working, your lungs don't breathe; To keep your heart beating the mind must work. If we get cold on our skin, it dilutes our minds. For a little mocking, it is the mind that suffers. Questions for all parties he responds quickly and accurately. In the window of the eye to eat when you are hungry, to get up if you fall, if to rest when you are tired, to rest if you are sick issues orders to the patient. He uses the window of the eye to look. He uses earplugs to hear.
